Danielle brings over 25 years' experience in property development and a strong people-first approach. She focuses on building strong relationships and bringing a fresh perspective to construction, ensuring projects are understood, communicated and delivered with care from the outset and throughout.
Robbie Penman
Construction & Operations
Robbie oversees the wider construction and operational side of the business. With years of hands-on experience, he combines extensive knowledge with practical oversight, ensuring jobs run smoothly and that clients get the high standard of work they expect.
Craig Kay
Head of Electrical & Structure
Craig leads the electrical division whilst also managing the numbers and structure behind the projects. His dual role ensures that technical delivery is in safe hands and that every project is correctly costed, organised, and fully transparent from start to finish.
